Book Your Party Online Today!

 Welcome to our NEW online party booking services! Scheduling the right event of her dreams has never been easier!  Tiny Diva Princess Party is making many updates to our website this year starting with our online booking system! Simply select your party or event date, select your package, and make it yours! It's as simple as the wave of a magic wand!

 

Steps to Booking Your Event

To book your event with Tiny Diva Princess Party Today follow these simple instructions:


1. Click the "Book Now" Button below which will open a new window or tab to begin your booking


2. Begin by telling us the desired date and time of your event. We suggest scheduling 30-60 minutes before our event services begin for your guest's arrival time, and an additional 60 minutes after our event services finish for your party's official end time. This time frame will allow all your guests to experience the magic, and allows for extra party activities you'd like to host after our Cast Members depart your event.  Please note that you must book your event 2 weeks before your party date to book online. If you have missed this deadline, please call one of our party representatives to see if we have additional party availability.  


3. We currently have 36 of our packages available to book online. Please be sure to select the right package and Enchanted Character you'd like to invite. Business clients will find our Enchanted Frozen Sister's Corporate Appearance at the very bottom of the list. As our party packages keep growing you can always select our Original 60 Minute Character Appearance with your preferred Enchanted Character(s) to begin scheduling your event. When your party representative calls to confirm your event, you can request to update your package to your desired event package listed on our website.

5. Complete your package with one of our many A La Carte choices!


6. Complete your party information.Our booking system will help you to add your child(en)'s or organization's name as your featured guest of honor. If you have more than one child please be sure to list them separately. 


7. Next you will be prompted to check out. This will give you an overview of your order and help you make your PayPal deposit. Once complete the online system will send you an e-mail with a quote for your event. Please be sure to read over the information to make sure everything looks correct. You can either send in a reply e-mail if there are any corrections to be made, or wait to talk to your party representative who can help make the changes for you. 


8. Our online system is now excepting online payments! If you have booked your event prior to this update please feel free to use our PayPal button on the right hand side of this page to make your deposit, or you can make your deposit over the phone with your party representative using our Square system. Your final balance will be due the Monday before your event with your party representative.  


9. Our online party representatives will confirm your party order within 24 hours of your online booking via e-mail. Please note events scheduled online over the weekend will be confirmed the following Monday or Tuesday. Please note that events booked over the Holidays may see a delay in confirmation from our team. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Make a Deposit 

Our online booking system is now excepting online payments at the end of your order process! If you have placed your order in 
prior to these updates please follow the instructions below. 

For our current customers finishing your booking process, you are now able to make your deposit here on the website.  Just click the button below and you will be directed to make the payment.

Final Payment

The Final Payment for your party will be due the Monday before your party. We have two wonderful ways to complete your payment. You may either give us a call and we'll be able to take your card over our Square system, or you can mail in a check with your event invoice to the address listed on the form. 


We have had frequent questions about a second Paypal Button for Final Payments. Due to all our fabulous a la carte party options we do not currently have a secondary Paypal button available for the Final Balance.
